Description
Gourmet Edible Flower Seed Kit Bee Balm, Blue Borage, Chamomile, French Marigold, Garlic Chives, Lavender, Nasturtium Nigella
BEE BALM : As a member of the mint family, when bee balm is used in teas, it can help with digestive issues, bloating, sore throats, and nausea.
BLUE BORAGE : Borage flowers are always blue and taste a little like cucumber. They are an excellent addition to cocktails.
CHAMOMILE: Chamomile has gentle notes of apple, and there is a mellow, honey-like sweetness in the cup. It has a silky mouthfeel and yet remains a clean, delicately floral herbal tea.
FRENCH MARIGOLD : Used in a tea or salad dressing. It is used internally in the treatment of indigestion, colic, severe constipation, coughs and dysentery. Externally, it is used to treat sore eyes and rheumatism.
GARLIC CHIVES : They can be used in stir-fry, tempura, stuffed into dumplings, and used in egg dishes. Garlic chives are rich in Vitamin C, which prevents from common cold and fever.
LAVENDER : The pungent flavor of lavender pairs with light and bright flavors, like lemon, berries, honey, and mint. It’s great in baked goods, ice creams, and in some savory dishes (like a dry rub).
NASTURTIUM :Both the leaves and petals of the nasturtium plant are packed with nutrition, containing high levels of vitamin C. Both the leaves and the flowers have a peppery, spicy flavor and add a bite to green salads.
NIGELLA : Use nigella seeds in sauces and curries, ground up as a pepper alternative, on salads and vegetables, and in stir fries.”

Edible flowers
Have bought these as wanted to start growing vegetables and edible flowers. Some of the seeds have grown but some haven’t Really takes a lot of care worth putting the seeds in the window to grow in sunlight.

Rip off!
I feel really ripped off!The seeds are presented in a beautiful tin, with lollypop seed markers and decent size seed packets (or so I thought.)Inside the standard sized seed packets was a miniscule packet containing a truly pathetic portion of seeds..Thankfully it wasn’t bought as a gift!
